FM GRU Tower Cranes Portland

Established during 1920, FM GRU Tower Cranes began as a family company in the Northern Italy's largest industrial location. During the 1950s, when the farming economy was evolving into a manufacturing and industrial economy, the company was working in the metal structural sector and welded construction industries. FMgru was involved in building bridges for roads, pylons to convey electricity, a wide range of forklifts, presses, prefabrication molds and farming machinery.



During 1963, the company began crane production. The company eventually invested all of their financial resources and human resources in this activity. The target of this streamlining was to reach the highest level of specialization in the field of lifting.



Product Line

FMgru sells and makes 4 series of high quality tower cranes. These equipments are designed and engineered for a variety of uses and there are models available to cover all construction needs.



FMgru has some really flexible lifting options for smaller companies working on private houses and other smaller buildings. Self-erecting cranes have 1200 to 4000 kg capacity and offer 22 to 40 meters jib range.



Other models include topless tower cranes. These cranes have 30 to 65 meters jib range and a running capacity of 1800 to 6000 kg. The fast erecting tower cranes are user friendly and extremely adaptable. They are great for minimizing interferences when there are many cranes working in the same building site.



Saddle-jib tower cranes provide a jib range of 58 to 80 meters. They have a running capacity of 6000 kg to 12000 kg. There are standard tower cranes which have no over sail restriction and are great for any building or construction project.



The Fdr56Luffing-jib cranes have 50 meter jibs and are equipped with 12000 kg capacity. These cranes are particularly designed to work in restricted locations and on high-rise projects where buildings are located in close proximity to each other.
